Traditional Master Bath Reveal

I am so excited to share this before and after reveal of the latest master bathroom remodel. This bathroom had a TON of planning to get all of the many details just right. Below is the original list that the homeowner was hoping for:

  • storage
  • traditional to match the home
  • a large tub deck
  • more lighting

First up is the storage situation, or the lack there of.  By adding functional storage in the vanity, as well as the vanity tower, we were able increase their usable space.

Hidden storage and the glass shelving in the tub area also helps!

We kept the traditional feel to compliment the home. I love the wood tone against all of the white molding paired with the antique mirror.

The tub area is now a stunning feature that showcases quartz and moldings galore. I love everything about this!

Lighting had to be just right as I did not want to over power the room. The delicate nature of the chosen fixtures adds just the right amount of jewelry!

Treeside Reveal Part 1

Hey guys, thought I would show you the most recent design project. I started this master bathroom last December and I am excited that my clients are now able to enjoy it!

I have worked with this family in the past, completing their lower level and main floor, this time it was all about the master bath! I am thrilled with how the bathroom came together and I thought I would give you a tour today.

A little bit about this project: The homeowners loved the blue we chose for their family room and wanted to achieve the same calming effect for this space. We wanted to maximize storage, create a larger shower, a private room for the toilet and a vanity area for makeup.

We started out by completely changing the layout. The shower was always an important detail to the homeowners. I laid out the space a few ways, landing on an option that not only increased the shower size, but also allowed for a better layout for the fixtures.

I commissioned my glass guy to create large mirrors that look like they are almost floating with ambient lighting behind.

The contractor was a saint. The amount of tile detail in this space could make any installer start seeing red, but he took it like a champ and showed pride in it! Even the smallest areas did not go unnoticed.

The vanity and linen closet are custom made from a local shop. The ability to custom make this allowed for more storage and a great design!

So that’s part 1 of the Treeside project. I will share the bedroom transformation as soon as it wraps up. Stay tuned!
